2X- Spring/Summer Employee Package *Requires Manager Approval*

The Spring/ Summer Employee Package comes with the following:

• (5) Short Sleeve DXI Safety Green T-shirts
• (1) DXI Cap- Cap choices- Camo w/ Black Embroidery, and Digital Camo w/ Burgundy and Grey & Excavator Embroidery ( While supplies last)

Who is Eligible: Foremen, Pipe Layers, Laborers & Shop. Employees that have been employed at DXI Construction more than 90 Days.
 
Order Limitation: One Package order per Employee per Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter.
 
Cost: 2 orders per year at no cost to the employees. Additional or other items are available for purchase and must be paid at the time of the order by Credit/Debit Card
 
All orders subject to approval.

Decoration:

All garments will be imprinted with the DXI Construction logo.

Returns Policy:

All decorated apparel is non-returnable. Please consult the size chart to confirm you are ordering the appropriate size.
